Antonietta Collins
Antonietta Toni Collins who is also known as Antonietta Gonzalez-Collins in both the US as well as Mexico, is an American Mexican sportscaster. She anchors SportsNation and serves as an anchor for SportsCenter anchor. She began working for ESPN as a reporter in 2016. She is the daughter of the TV reporter Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta Collins was a bilingual since she was nine years old a useful talent that enabled her to get her first job as a production assistant for Univision in Miami and gave her the chance to work with the producers of national programs such as Nuestra Belleza Latina, Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud and Primer Impacto. It was the CBS affiliate of St. Petersburg hired her following this to become a sports reporter. Her move into Rio Grande Valley in 2009 as a reporter for KNVO TV 48 Univision. Spanish channels KNVO TV 48 Univision, and Fox2 News. Reporters covered issues related to illegal immigration as well as drug trafficking in both Texas and Mexico. She also filled in for weather anchors, sports anchors and forecasters. Deportes 23 was Univision Dallas affiliate, where she was able to take on more responsibility. She created pieces for Major League Baseball ALDS ALCS, and World Series as well Dallas Cowboys NBA postseason finals FC Dallas, and Dallas Stars. In addition, she hosted Univision 23's local sports show Accion Deportiva Extra on which she also served as anchor herself. She also served as the anchor for sports on Despierta America Deportes morning show. In similar roles on the magazine program of the network Primer Impacto and for UniMas Network's Contacto Deportivo. Antonietta Collins was a native of Veracruz, Mexico. Then, they moved to Mexico City and she was born on the 22nd of November the 22nd of November, 1985. There is a sister. In 1992, the family left Mexico to the US and eventually settled in Miami. In 1992, her parents separated then shortly thereafter in 1995 she was remarried Fabio Fajardo, a naval engineer who passed away in 2006 due to kidney cancer. In the summer in 2006 she spent an entire week with her sister at Canton Ohio. The older Collins girl was working there. Antonietta, a high-school senior with an idea of what she thought her future would be like, visited Mount Union University to determine if the school suited her. In the end, she was a fan of the university and the university offered the kind of program she was searching for. She graduated from school and was attended the university with a major in media studies. The professor she had was Mark Bergmann, who managed WRMU FM and was a part of the class, established a lasting relationship with the student. He inspired her to believe in herself and his passion for journalism deeply influenced her, and she in turn, strived to meet his standards and never fail him.
